What do I get for free?
Up to 20 plays in each playbook, in any sport and format, on offense, defense and special teams or situations. You can use the built-in formations and sets or create your own. There's no time limit and no card on file. Playbook Pro removes the play limit and adds printing, call sheets, wristband cards, installs, practice scripts and backups.
What happens when I hit 20 plays on Free?
Your plays stay right where they are, and you can still open and edit them. To add a 21st play, upgrade to Playbook Pro or delete one you don't use.
If I start on Free or Pro and then get a team, do I start over?
No. Upgrading to Team keeps every play, formation, install and practice script. You add your roster, and then share installs with players when you're ready.
I coach two teams. Do I need a club plan?
No. Add a second team to your Team plan for $3 a month. Once your club has about four teams, the Club plan is cheaper, and the calculator above shows where that point is.
Our club runs football, basketball and soccer. Does every team count?
Yes, and every team pays the same per-team rate whatever the sport. Rosters, schedules, announcements and family messages work for every team today. Every sport has its own play designer, at no extra cost.
What happens when a volunteer coach leaves the club?
The playbook belongs to the club, not the coach. Directors reassign the team to a new coach, and the plays, roster and season schedule stay put.
Can our middle school pay with a purchase order?
Yes. The School plan is one price for the school year, billed by invoice. We can fill in your district's vendor forms and send a W-9. Nothing renews until you approve the next school year.
How do you handle student privacy?
Teammates and parents see first names and last initials only. Student contact details aren't required, players can't message coaches privately (their parent can always read the conversation), and directors can turn off player messaging. On the School plan, staff can sign in with their school email.
Our program can't afford anything this year. Can we still use it?
Clubs and schools that waive fees for families can apply for a hardship waiver. Approved programs get the Club or School plan free for the season.
What happens to my plays if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account drops back to Free: you can still open every play, even past 20, but adding plays, printing and the other Pro tools wait until you renew. Team pages become read-only.
